Pastor Charlie Caviola - Lead Pastor
Pastor Charlie Caviola is a native of Greenwich CT. He graduated from Greenwich High School class of 1999, Iona College class of 2003, and Alliance Theological Seminary class of 2008 He has been involved in children's and youth ministry and worship before becoming an assitant pastor. Pastor Charlie was led start Revive in 2015 in Stamford, CT.. At Revive Pastor Charlie teaches, preaches, trains and equips people to live out their calling. Pastor Charlie is passionate about reconnecting people with their true identity and the heart of God. In 2019, his book Free Spirit which is about re-discovering your God-given identity, was published. Small groups across the country have been using this book as a teaching tool for transformation.
A 49ers fan and a former martial arts competitor, Charlie gave up a chance to compete in the World Martial Arts Olympics to enter into his calling. Charlie has a heart to see people have a real experience with Jesus and to fall in love with their savior. He has been married to his wife Carla since 2009 and they have 3 beautiful daughters.

Carla was born in Brazil and lived in Brazil and Canada for many years, before feeling led to come to the USA. She is passionate about helping people realize the reality of God in their lives and in world today. She loves to teach and equip people on how to hear and discern God as well as how to cooperate with His Holy Spirit in many capacities; in order to fulfill God’s will and destiny for them, on Earth as it is in Heaven. Carla helps to spearhead intercession and healing prayer at Revive as well as through outreach and in daily life. She also oversees and participates with the Revive Kids ministry support team. Besides her ministry involvement, Carla is a professional counselor and has worked in different business settings over the years. She has a BA in Communications, Marketing and Advertising.
After university, God led her to attend the Apostolic Resource Center; a school of ministry in CT; which was affiliated with the Wagner Leadership Institute. God then directed her to complete a Masters in Counseling from Nyack College, where she also studied Spiritual Formation, Theology in the Global Context and Systematic Theology. She has been involved various multi- cultural settings abroad and in the NY/CT area. Carla speaks English, Portuguese and Spanish and has also studied French and German in her childhood.
Beyond ministry and work, Carla loves to spend time with Charlie, her 3 girls and their new puppy! She loves her family and friends and Revive community and is grateful for them all. She also enjoys learning each day! Her interests are people, culture, travel, animals, sports and of course the sun and beach - her favorite place.

Paul is a man on a mission. He has a passion and heart to serve, as well as for the homeless population in and around our region. He started the Acts 2 ministry 16 years ago, which reaches out to the homeless and those in need in the greater Stamford CT area. He facilitates a small group in Stamford and he is passionate about helping others grow in their faith and relationship with Jesus. Paul is married to his lovely wife Mary and they have 3 children and 8 grandchildren.
Steve Rodgers - Worship Leader
Steve Rodgers is a singer/songwriter, visual artist, music producer, and contemporary worship leader. Steve performs his original positive and uplifting music under his full name “Stephen Peter Rodgers” at house concerts, music venues & festivals all over the northeast. Steve is the former founder, director & owner of legendary and now defunct all ages music venue, The Space / Ballroom as well as the Outer Space in Hamden. Steve’s mission for the 15 years he operated the venues was to provide a safe and encouraging performance platform for musicians and artists under the Age of 21. He hosted thousands of bands and fostered a sense of community for performers and audiences alike. Steve toured nationally for over 10 years with the acoustic rock band, Mighty Purple. His band released 9 albums and played over 2000 shows during their 20 years as a band.
Steve helped lead 3 missions trips, one while he was in Youth With A Mission (YWAM) in 2001, where he and a team went to share the gospel through music and arts in Bosnia, Croatia, London and across parts of Europe. More recently in 2018 & 2019 Steve helped lead missions trips to Honduras, where he started a guitar program at Children’s Rescue Mission in a remote area of the country. Steve was able to get 30+ guitars donated and shipped to the mission. Steve also trained up young worship leaders and worship bands in Honduras during his two trips there.
Steve and his wife Jesse, met while they were part of YWAM in 2001. His wife spent 10 years in the international missions field and Steve and Jesse have 2 kind, compassionate children, Fable 18 and River 13.

Sarah Talarico - Dir. Youth & Families
Sarah was introduced to Jesus at a very young age and comes from a family brimming with faith. She cares deeply about supporting and encouraging youth on their walk with the Lord and is excited to connect and engage with them. Building relationships with their families is also important to her as it nourishes a supportive network of loved ones to surround the youth as they navigate life. Sarah has a Bachelor’s degree in English and Creative Writing and thrives on being creative. She loves coffee and all things Italian and enjoys gardening, cooking and watching the New York Giants. She has a gift for being a listening ear and cultivating a warm, welcoming space for others to feel loved and supported. With over 12 years of experience in childcare and seasons spent in both the hills and valleys of life, Sarah brings a plethora of skills to accompany her in this role, but most importantly a love for Jesus and a deep yearning to share the hope and peace that a relationship with Him can bring.
